Congratulations! I have identical twin nephews who were monoamniotic twins. It makes for a high risk pregnancy, but it can end well! They were born healthy. Their mom spent her last month of pregnancy on complete bedrest at the hospital, and the twins did a little bit of time in the nicu, but they each weighed in at over 4lbs when they were born. Wishing you all the best!!

Kind of my Dr had called me after my first U/S which was about 2 1/2 weeks ago and said that there was a high likely hood there were two, and he was right and after my sky high Betas last Monday at over 15,000 here they are .

That story gives me lots of hope! Thanks for sharing. I will have more information after my 0930 prenatal appointment with my Ob I absolutely adore! I am going to have to be monitored so closely sure I will end up with a perinatologists sad about not having him though .

Oh Angelina! What an amazing sight I know (well I an imagine) it's terrifying and exciting all at the same time... But what a blessing you've been given!

So happy for you... What fun it would be to have twin boys ... can't wait to see if your prediction is true!

To everything of the above I say !!!!

And I also want to add I've also heard mono amniotic twins are a higher risk pregnancy, yes, but since you already have 4 healthy children with four successful births, I think that puts in a safe&good position to carry well these twins. I wish you all three a healthy uneventful voyage till the due date !

P.S. I think the twins put you in between the due date clubs, you are most then welcomed to take a peek in the September DDC. (I hope your October DDC mates don't think I'm stealing you, lol )

So exciting. All of my boys' heartbeat were in that range. FX!!

BTW - with those odds, I think you should go buy a lottery ticket.
