whenever i tell drs, nurses, or my midwife what im taking they look at me in shock lol i take prenatal + dha, fish oil, b6, folic acid and vitamin d3

I only take prenatal vitamin and frolic acid.

Lol I am only taking a prenatal vitamin. I was taking b6 before I got preggo and had continued to take it for about a week but wasn't sure if it was okay so I stopped.

I take a prenatal, fish oil, b complex (the b6 helps with morning sickness), a vitamin c, and a combination calcium/magnesium/zinc

I take a low dose aspirin, extra folic acid 1600mcg, prenatal pill, 100mg B6, 400mg magnesium.

My ob has me taking an extra MG of folic acid a day since its a twin pregnancy and I take Prenatal and a DHA each day. You might want to ask your ob or midwife about your regimen. While supplements are meant to keep one healthy they also pose dangers.

i take a prenatal, fish oil, biotin, calcium, fiber, vitamin c and a calcium supplement

I take Prenatal, folic acid, baby aspirin, DHA and prometrium! I am thinking of adding Calcium, since I am nursing and pregnant.

kansas~ its the same stuff i took last time while pregnant with my daughter and she turned out fine, they actually told me i needed more vitamin d so i got some of that

I'm taking an iron pill that was perscribed to me by my ob, it also has folic acid in it.
