Anyone else have heartburn already?

It started this early with my daughter too. With both the boys not til the second half of the pregnancy.

Between the heartburn and the nausea and puking its rough right now.

I get it occasionally.
Particularly since the ONE food that has sounded appetizing to me the past few weeks (besides toast) is deep fried pickled jalapeno slices :-)

I get it occasionally, and it started pretty early with my second pregnancy. I'm not looking forward to it every day.

I have chronic heartburn anyway, so giving up my regular medicine has been rough.

I know it sounds gross but a more "natural" remedy that seems to work well for me is apple cider vinegar. I pour about a tablespoon or so into a juice glass, add water (not quite half a glass), add some sugar (not sure how much, about a teaspoon) and stir it up. Then I put about a teaspoon of baking soda in, let it fizz, and drink it fast.

Sounds nasty and the baking soda makes it salty, but if I use enough sugar it isn't so bad. It isn't a long-term fix but it helps me temporarily. If you try it, just make sure to rinse your mouth out with water after because letting the vinegar sit can eventually cause enamel decay.

Hope this helps!

Try raw unsalted almonds every so often.
