I think what I'm experiencing today is just like I've had with my other 2 pregnancies, but I can't help but be a little concerned or cautious. Felt some high up belly pain while walking around the store today. It let up after I sat down for a while, but happened again while walking again later. Been on the floor cutting out fabric for a while here at home and it's happening again. I'm definitely not comfortable on the floor, and it's hard on my back, and apparently my belly too. I'm taking a break, but I really need to get this shirt cut out so I can finish my maternity shirt project.

How do you know when it's nothing and when it's something to be worried about?

I'm no expert but I figure if the belly pains are unbearable or I'm cramping and bleeding then its time to go to the ER.

Yeah, no spotting or cramping or anything. I think I just have to slow down a bit when that happens.
