I learned my lesson.

I know I wasn't supposed to, but I was determined to do some garden maintenance this past weekend. I felt fine when I was working in the yard,... and of course if I wasn't pregnant, this would have been normal yard work... but, I must have overdid it, because when I went inside and sat down, my lower back hurt pretty bad. A couple days later, that went away,...
but my right side of my butt still hurts REALLY BAD even now, almost a full week later. when I turn particular ways or shift my weight, or a lot of the time when I walk,... or try to get up or down from a chair! it's not getting better at all, in fact I almost think it's getting worse! I've tried heating pads, taking a not-too-hot bath... I just don't know what else to do!
obviously I can't take pain killers... some friends suggested tiger balm and epsom salts (separately) but both of those say on the label "consult a physician before using if you are pregnant". I see my new pregnancy doctor on Monday, so I can ask him then I guess... but I'm in a fair amount of pain periodically (ie when I do certain motions) all day, everyday, for a week now.
I almost wonder if I should try to see a sports doctor or something like that? or are they just going to tell me "sucks to be you!" and there's nothing I can do but wait for it to heal, which appears to be an extremely slow thing?? usually when I overuse a muscle or pull something a bit, a couple days later it slowly starts to heal, but seriously, it's not healing.
(next time I go in the yard, I'll work much shorter amount of time, ask my DH for more help, and I'll get a stool. assuming I can get out there anytime soon given my injury...)
