Everything went fine today with the removal of the cervical polyp. I'm on 600 mg ibuprofen every 6 hrs for the next 24 hrs. They usually don't prescribe it during pregnancy because it relaxes the uterine muscles, but in my case, that is exactly what the dr. NEEDS to have happen since the surgery causes cramping. So, just taking it really easy the rest of the day today.

I have a question I am 7 weeks pregnant and im supposed to go for surgery on the 14th and im supposed to be put to sleep with the general anasthesia. Is this safe? this is my first surgery I have a large mass in my right breast they said that has to be removed
|

Thanks ladies! I've just been laying down or sitting on the couch most of the day since I'm pretty crampy. But I think by tomorrow I'll probably be feeling much better! The pathology results should be back Tuesday, and we scheduled our gender u/s today too, for June 1st!
