Well, I've finally done it! My mom took me shopping yesterday and I got 2 pairs of capris (denim and khaki) and 4 tank tops that are nursing tanks. I was just getting to the point where my pants are too tight around my tummy and I got sick of messing with a belt when I rush to the bathroom during passing time at school!

Wow I can't believe you made it to 18 weeks!! Congrats on the new clothes! Where did you two go shopping? I went to a consignment store yesterday and got a pair of old navy maternity jeans that I LOVE! As well as two long sleeved maternity shirts.

Since mom was buying, we went to Motherhood Maternity. We did check out Old Navy, but the selection at our location is pretty slim ... I'll have to look online. There's a dress I want from Target's website though.

Fun! I think it's exciting when we make the switch to maternity clothes!

Hehe, same thing I did She was really excited though. I surely didn't last as long as you did though! I couldn't handle the pressure regular clothes were putting on my abdomen :/

I was still in my regular jeans at 20 weeks last time (with a rubber band). This time I'm outgrowing some of my size S maternity tops already

So far I've broken out my clothes from when I was a much bigger size (which look kind of silly and too big still) and I've gotten three belly bands from Motherhood Maternity that I've been switching off so that I can still wear my pants. I think the time to buy new pants is soon coming because they're starting to feel snug in the hips a little too much now.

I'm still in regular trousers and shorts but I carry high so I think that's why. I've been in maternity shirts for a few weeks, though, as everything was so short! I did wear a maternity skirt today and I must confess that it felt good I just hate all my old maternity clothes, though, so I need to buy some new ones.
have any of you checked out Nextdirect online? It's a UK store but they have some lovely maternity wear and a lot of it is cheaper than places like the Gap and even Motherhood Maternity. It's a pretty high quality shop in the UK. They also have some gorgeous baby stuff. I ordered a tee-shirt and some linen trousers today.. and a cute shirt and tie for my almost 3 year old's first wedding reception!

Exciting! I need to go so badly, I just took out all my clothes from #1 and i'm JUST too big for them... talk about a blow to the ego! Thusfar i'm living in skirts and yoga pants, long tanks and zip-ups... not sure how long this is going to last though! I can't wait, it feels so much better to be in clothes that let the belly hang free!

I got almost everything at motherhood, their prices aren't bad at all, if you look online they have lots of sales. I've got lots of buy one get one on sale stuff =) I've also got stuff from old navy online, usually 30% off sales and I got one dress at Target full price.
