Is it just me or has your baby brain been rubbing on your SO perhaps? I mean there's "men brain" in general, but lately Caden has been doing silly things and I'm just wondering if my baby brain is contagious lol.

He's usually very sensible and keen on details, but these last couple days he's been just been having all kinds of doh! moments. Like this morning he accidentally put salt in his coffee..it's very similar to the sugar we have (; then around the time I ate my afternoon snack, he broke a plate.

Now I wasn't going to poke fun at him, but a moment ago while I'm trying to watch one of my favorite movies, out of nowhere he just started talking about all these dang "what ifs?" about my birth.

"What if you give birth and there's an earthquake?"

"What if we don't make it in time, and I'm gonna like have to deliver her in the car?"

And my personal favorite :

"What are you gonna do if she gets stuck? Should we add more olive oil?"

Literally he asked this all in one shot. And I'm like great, if both of us have baby brain, then we're screwed

Isn't baby brain my job? Lol.

My DH has been pretty calm but I'm worried that if he doesn't get all the worrying done now, he's going to totally freak out when I go into labor.

I think he and I have both been a little ... out of it, mentally, lately but DH has been super stressed at work so I'm assuming that's the cause of it for him.

Hahaha that's hilarious! Just curious, why did your SO think that olive oil would help? I mean, if she "were" to get stuck lol. I don't think my DF had baby brain, but he certainly had man brain in the past

My boyfriend is starting to feel the same about work, especially since he works nights, I hope he doesn't burn himself out!

Oh, it was just a joke I had made earlier about olive oil haha except he thought I was completely serious he's such a dork sometimes!

omg this literally made me laugh out loud!!!

I think sometimes pregnancy rubs off on the daddys. I read in a book that amongst other things they can even get physically "involved", like gaining weight with the mother, having headaches with her and nausea.

Hehe I heard that too! And while he hasn't gained weight (or he hasn't told me lol) I noticed he's been getting headaches!

Brandon has been gaining weight and has much WORSE baby brain than I do. Lol.
