It's almost at that time where I'm feeling the need to stockpile some good meals in the freezer so we're not under at least that pressure when the little one gets here. Do you have any favorites that reheat well from the freezer?

Turkey chili seems to freeze well for me. And I hear that chicken enchiladas do as well. And spaghetti meat sauce always freezes well for me, but I never tried freezing it with meatballs.

I've been Googling this very same topic. ^_^

Any casserole you like
Mini meatloafs

Enchiladas
Baked pasta dishes with chicken or beef

There's lots of recipes you can find online if you're having trouble coming up with some on your own.

Soup and chili are two of my freezer faves. I keep a full stock all winter of those two, baby or not! A square ziploc container full of soup or chili feeds our family of three perfectly when we add rice or salad as a side! SUPER easy, and all I do is cook up huge batches in my crock pot. I can usually get 6 meals out of one prep!
Stew is the same, but I'm not good at making it so we don't have it as often. When my husband makes it I get him to make a huge batch and, same thing, it goes a LONG way.
I freeze beef paprika (stew beef in a sweet tomato based paprika sauce) ahead of time as well, it's easy to do.
Lasagna and enchilada lasagna are both easy.

I do make chicken pot pie filling in big batches as well, and all I have to do is take it out the night before, defrost it and add some pie crust or puff pastry before baking. Very easy!

I am making "crockpot in a bag" meals. All the ingredients ready to go in a big ziplock so all Grant needs to do is throw it in the crockpot the day its needed.

I'm planning on starting soon with this as well. So far I am planning on making:
lasagna
lentil soup
probably a potato leek soup is well because I LOVE it!

I just wish we had a bigger freezer. I won't be able to store nearly as much as I'd like in our above-frige freezer.

I'll be freezing a lot of what is mentioned already. In addition to, scalloped potatoes and ham. I have yet to make a list of what I'll be doing. My step-mom is going to help me, probably in September. We have to buy another freezer too.

We also need a different freezer. I would love to have some ready made meals handy for winter or days that I am just too tired. I just have no room right now.
