Is anybody using a prenatal yoga dvd that they really like? If so, please share the title! My hips have been KILLING me, and I think I need to start doing some stretching and relaxation in the evenings!

There was one or two on Netflix when I looked a few months ago....I honestly have just been using the poses from this link....
Hip and Back Yoga Stretches For Pregnancy
I was having horrible hip and pelvic pain and I did this one night and I could tell it increased the blood flow to the rest of my body and helped me feel better. Other than that, no DVD's to suggest

I found this one on hulu last night, and it was really helpful!

I have just been continuing with my regular yoga and modifying poses as I feel the need, but with #1 (I hadn't been doing yoga as long) I bought a Gaiam dvd, and also had a prenatal/postnatal yoga book. They were great!

It makes a big difference!! And it's a really nice way to wind down, relax and get a little bit of gentle exercise.

I have a friend who is a yoga instructor and a physical therapist and she recommended this one to me.

I have yet to make it all the way through...

I do the Crunch: Yoga Momma, too. I also like Crunch: Candlelight Yoga with Sara Ivanhoe, and I modify the poses. I wonder why they took them off Netflix streaming? Bummer. The cat pose and downward facing dog pose are the two most helpful yoga poses for me right now.

Prenatal yoga DVDs are excellent options for those pregnant women who find difficulty in attending classes or those who want to work at their own place.
