Last night I tried everything. But I hadn't felt Miss K move in over 3 hours. So about 11pm, dh and I headed in. They found her heartbeat right away, but it took another 30minutes for her to start kicking and
Moving around. Finding her hb made
Me feel so much better and I'm glad we went in. But I'm still not getting 10 kicks an hour. I'm lucky if she moves around that much in 2-3 hours. I'm still worried about her, but L&D
Tells me she's ok.

I was also really worried last night when I felt like she wasn't kicking much. Sure enough, though, I laid down on my left side and she just wouldn't stop! Sorry you had to go in but I know we do whatever we can to feel better about our LO's!

I haven't had any of those times this time around, but I did go in with my last baby and I felt so much better knowing everything was ok. Hope she doesn't scare you anymore!

Glad you got checked out! My baby girl doesn't move as often as others it seems either ... but when I was in L&D on Thursday, she was showing off and moving a lot. Almost like she was saying "Don't worry, mama, I'm here!" Maybe we just have some relaxed babies!

My first baby was like that. She was a super calm kiddo and I rarely got 10 kicks in an hour. Wish that had translated to the outside because she is a live wire now. Glad you were able to get some reassurance.

Trust your instincts and so glad she is fine. Sometimes during this time baby's have a rest period since there isn't much room. I would drink something like OJ or sprite to get a reaction if poking didn't work. If your unsure its always a good thing to take a trip to L&D.
