Do any of you ladies have suggestions about what brand of mattress I should get for the babies crib because I am completely lost on this one.

If you can afford it, I would get an organic one. There are an unbelievable amount of toxic chemicals in mattresses.

We have a sealy ortho-rest for DD. Supposedly the more coils, the better, but that could just be something random I heard.

I will have to look into the organic mattresses, I was totally unaware what's used chemical-wise in a mattress, good to know!

We got the Simmons Beautyrest. It's chemical free. Like Jill's, one side is baby and the other is toddler.

Now I wish I had known about organic mattresses before I had bought mine. Sigh
