My SPD seemed to give me a short break. It did not go away completely, but made it bearable. Since yesterday I feel like this kid has completely tore apart my pelvis in my vagina! OMG it hurts so much to move, even while sitting or laying down! I wonder if she finally decided to flip head down (not like it matters since shes a c/s) Is anyone else in this excruciating pain?!

I am right there too... I am in tears with every step, and I feel like she is going to just fall out. So glad we are so close to the end.

Same here; she also is nestled in my groin area and I think walking after lying down is about my worst nightmare. I feel raw inside with her head grinding me down there and the spd acting up. My hips are also still in pain; the left side more than the right. Oh well, this too shall pass...

Ugh, me! But it's usually only after sitting in a weird position/laying down too long. Anything other than sitting with my feet up KILLS my pubic bone/pelvis and standing up is awful. That initial walking after standing? Forget about it. I look like a grandma.

I have gone through it every pregnancy and it is no fun. With Sophie I still had pain over a month after her birth.

I never experienced any of this with my other two... Thank goodness this is my last, because I could not do this again!

No pelvic pain here, but a TON of cervical pain today- the shooting pain type where you feel like you're being electrocuted. I'm so ready to be done and to hold this baby in my arms!

Me too. I never had it with my first two. This is killing me. My hips, left especially, feel like they will pop out of their socket. Every step is painful, sleeping is excruciating, and walking after lying down is plain ridiculous.

My last appt she was still head up and I still had SPD bad this pregnancy. Either her bottom dropped further down or shes head down now because its so much worse. I have an appt today, so we shall see.
