How do you keep track of contractions that happen each time you get up? I can't get off the couch without one hurting this morning. Had painful ones in the night when turning over in bed or getting up to pee. I just don't know how to count them. Or do I need to count them at all?

I don't count them. I'm not one to keep track though.

I never kept track of those types. Not unless they were getting more painful and consistent.

I downloaded a contraction counter app. I was having some painful ones every hour yesterday, but they let up. It helped me keep track.

Ok, that's what I thought. I don't usually count them either. Not sure if the ones I wake up to are needing to be counted, since they happen before I even move. Had horrible pain one time in the night. Guess I'm just anxious, sorry for bugging you.
