Went to the Dr. today for my regular weekly appointment. I'm still 1 cm dilated, 50% effaced and actually didn't change weight (which is shocking for me---I've gained 38 lbs---I'm 38 weeks). The Dr. said that he would guesstimate the baby's weight around 6.5-7 lbs right now, but he did give me the caveat that he and a few other doctors recently thought this about another patient and when she gave birth her little one was 9 lbs! My due date is still around 10/11-10/15---maybe closer to 10/15 just based on how I am measuring to get to the full 40 weeks, but given my dilation and overall signs my body is given, probably won't go beyond that.
I also had to have my strep test redone. The lab processed it as a strep test for the throat. Imagine their surprise as they looked at the cells and tried to figure out what the heck was going on with my throat!!
Either way, I want the baby to come whenever they are ready...if it's 10/11 or 10/15 or anything between now and then, I am a-ok with that.

Glad your appointment went well. That stinks about having to redo the GBS though! My doctor estimated Riley to be 7 lbs, 2 oz and he was only 6.7. Everyone also predicted Eve to be over 7 lbs and she was 6.11
