I am sorry that I am posting this, but I thought maybe someone on here might have experienced this. I am calling my Dr in the morning.
I was washing down below while taking a shower and I felt this knot on my vagina between the lips and labia I guess. it is sore when you push on it. I was curious so I got the mirror and looked It isreally red and the knot is big. Had anyone had this before? Gross i, know. I am calling the Dr. tomorrow just to ask.

Is it hard, or squishy?

I noticed this a month ago on the outside of my bikini area. It was huge, like the size of a knuckle. I freaked out, took a mirror down there, called my midwife, and we determined that it was a varicose vein. It is still there, I am assuming it will go away after delivery. But from what I read online, it can last for a bit afterward. My lump was squishy though, like a vein.

If yours is hard, I would guess some sort of abscess. If hard, I would put a wet hot compress on it and see if there is some sort of way for it to drain.

I get absessed Skenes Gland. Hurts really bad, so if it doesnt hurt than I dont know what it is.

it is hard and feels sore. it only hurts when I wipe

Could be a sebaceous glad cyst too. Most things I can think of would all call for hot compresses except for the varicose vein which would likely be blue or purple-tinged, not red.
