I know our little ones are still too little to really care but what are you getting them for Christmas? I would appreciate any suggestions on toys and such? I am just not sure what to get for Danika!

We got Jamison a CoziBug sleep sac. Santa is bringing him christmas pj's and Clifford's First Christmas book on Christmas Eve, and in his stocking he is getting a Haba rattle, baby's 1st Christmas ornament, and half the pieces to the nativity set that I bought for Josiah and him to share. I'm also going to let Josiah pick out a plush toy at the local toy store that has wind up music. They have a giraffe, puppy, and monkey. It will be interesting to see what he picks for his brother!

@kristen: She's doing a little better. The colic is still there, and we recently found out today (well tonight), that we were using the Dr Brown's bottles a bit wrong, lol so hopefully we can correct her colicky ways.

We have a dr's appointment tomorrow at 10:30a because she's been having a congestive cough and has been scratching at her ears all day today and had a 99.8* fever this evening.

Other than that, she's been a bit better, but still really rough at night

Piper really didn't need a darn thing, but we had to get her stuff because Miley's old enough to know about Santa and such. So, we got another cube storage unit and a cute animal humidifier for their room that we will put Piper's name on. She'll also get some piercing studs in her stocking (we'll pierce her ears at 6 months). Big sister got her a little stuffed Hello Kitty.

We got Michael a cute little "iPad" baby toy for ten bucks, it's a 3 month toy so it's perfect. Just has buttons and lights and music. We also got stacking rings, and these little things kinda like weebles, for his stocking. They make noise when you shake them. And we also got a couple pacifiers for his stocking because my dog ate like five of them.

We got Sam an activity play mat. You'd think with him being our 3rd child that we'd already have one, but nope. Plus we got him a few outfits. I may get him one or two other small things.

we're getting some of those clutch toys and that crinkly owl and squishy blocks that you guys suggested...

but we were also thinking of getting a exersaucer...

or maybe the "learning home" door. My cousin really loved hers and it's well reviewed. Apparently kids like to pull up on it before they can walk and then love walking back and forth through it.

Also was thinking about getting an oversized stuffed animal (like 3 ft). My friend got a big pooh bear for her child and she loved it when she could crawl, she'd intentionally face plant on it over and over again, and then when she got bigger (12-18mo) she sits in it's lap and reads to herself, so adorable.

we already have a fair amount of stuff I'd been collecting from consignment, like gumbos, playmats and such.
