How do I use this for Jett's congestion? I sprinkled some in the bath and ran the shower while hanging in the bathroom. What else? He seemed to enjoy that.

I've never used the straight oil... could you rub it on his chest? I use Vicks Baby Rub when my boys are congested. It has eucalyptus in it too. You might try some of that!

That's great!! I've never taken Emmy in the shower with me. Do you reduce the temp a little since babies can't have as high of a temperature? And how long did you stay in with Jett?

Don't put it directly on him. Eucalyptus is one of the strongest oils and can burn his skin. I sprinkle a drop or two on the shelves in my shower and take baby in the shower. I wouldn't even put it in his bath water until he's older. Also, most people use too much essential oils. Remember that they are extremely concentrated and 1-2 drops will do. You can try an oil diffuser too.

I put it in the tub then ran the shower on hot and just sat on the toilet so he could breath it. . Yes I tried it on my hand and it was very strong so I def didn't put it on him. He's always in the bathroom in his swing when I shower so I'll def be doing this more!! I thought maybe I could sprinkle a little on a cloth and hold it while nursing too??? I dunno. But I bathed him, lotioned, got dressed then sat in the steam then swaddled nose sucked gave him boob and he was out like a light!!

Sounds like you're doing all you can do! A little on a cloth may do the trick, it seems like a good idea!
