Nope. Tried once but I felt like the position she had to be in in order to nurse was not good for her back! We have an ergo now and although I haven't tried it yet, I think nursing in it will be easier.
I don't have a Moby so I can't say anything about BFing with one but - we recently figured out how to BF with him in our HugaMonkey sling. It has made things soooo much easier but took some time to figure out.
i found it easier to nurse my daughter in a carrier when she got bigger and could move her head better. for us it was just easier. i nursed using the ergo, and probably try that with Hunter, but it takes lots of practice.
I have only been successful at nursing an older baby with good neck control in a soft structured carrier that can be adjusted. You just loosen the arm strap so the baby sags down on that side, them latch on and tighten the strap. I nursed once in a ring sling too but haven't tried with Ruby.
