Who wants to get motivated to exercise and eat well?
Yesterday I rowed for an hour (7 miles) and walked the pups 2 miles with Charlie in the moby. I don't think I will do anything today as I missed my opportunity to exercise this morning as Charlie was so sweet but very much awake and I didn't want my 3 year old to wake up... and frankly I was enjoying him too much. I also had a lovely snuggle with my 3 year old, so it was a good trade-off, Mind you I'm regretting it now as I don't think I'll have any baby-free time later.
Yesterday I ate:
Few bites of almond butter on toast
Combo of oats, oatbran and flaxseed
Bit of blueberry bread as I was making it.
Salad and vegan cheese wrap
Cooked lentils and salad and a bit of pasta
A couple of hot chocolates
I want to get motivated to exercise!!! Because of this thread and because I really want to I'll do some form of physical activity today then post later
What I ate yesterday...
Oatmeal with flaxseed and banana mixed in
Spinach salad with artichokes, hearts of palm, and grape tomatoes.
Veggie bake with red potatoes, asparagus, onion, bell pepper, zucchini, and feta.
A few mini chocolates with peanut butter inside
