George hates to be swaddled...he wears a HALO sleep sack for sleeping.

Abigail MUST be swaddled. We use the SwaddleMe swaddle wraps so her legs can move around but her arms are immobile. If she isn't swaddled, it just seems like she can't calm down and let herself fall asleep.

SwaddleMe is what we use. Thank you; the name wouldn't come to me when I was typing my reply. Lol. Yeah Emmy startles herself awake as soon as she's falling asleep where her arms shoot up over her head... The swaddle keeps her feeling more secure I think!

My lil man doesn't like to be swaddled, he screams when we do trying to free his arms lol. None of my kids liked it.

she hates it and when shes cosleeping with me and side nursing i feel like swaddling is unsafe. sometimes i swaddle her to start out before im in bed. i prefer the woombie swaddler and i think she does too.

Hunter has to be swaddled tight and with his arms in, lol almost like a little baby mummy:] Otherwise he can't settle down with his arms and legs moving around, or he'll jerk himself awake.

Just FYI, no matter what age your baby's legs and hips should ALWAYS be able to move freely when swaddled, to protect their hips!

We used the SwaddleMe until Nora got her hip harness, after that the SwaddleMe didn't leave quite enough room for her legs to spread out as far as they need to in the harness.

For the first couple nights we didn't swaddle her and she didn't sleep well, so I went out and bought the Halo sleep sack+swaddle blanket...LOVE it.

I was using the Miracle Blanket and Aden&Anais muslin blankets but I think we are done with swaddling. She'll wake up and get super mad trying to get her arms out. I have her in a sleep sack now and she's been sleeping for 8.5 hours.

We are still swaddling just at night. I tried not doing it the other night and he woke up. I use the miracle blanket to swaddle I love it!! I am trying to stop doing it but he doesn't seem to be ready.

We never swaddled. We "forgot" and by the time we remembered 2 weeks after birth, she would have none of it
