I loved the thread the Morgan P. posted about working out...is it possible to have a weight loss check in thread where we challenge each other? I got on the bandwagon this week with it, found time to do a 10 minute work out for my stomach muscles and oh man are they weak! my cousin is a fitness coach and i was "complaining" to Mike last night that i wish we could afford the P90x or insanity one of those fitness programs....and guess what!?! hes had the WHOLE P90x system just sitting on our desk for the past year and a half ...YAY!!!! so now im going to read the stuff and start it!

p90x is pretty extreme, I'm not sure if I would try it right away post pregnancy, honestly. My husband has done it as well as some friends. I would start with a post-pregnancy dvd first to get your muscles back to normal without hurting yourself before starting something intensive like p90x. good luck!

We've done p90x and insanity! I love them both. They're both pretty intense. Mainly the cardio videos of p90 might be a little challenging for us, and the abs but I thh I I could do all the arms and legs videos. Ive always done what I can with these programs. If its to much take a break or end early.

The cardio videos are HARD they're an hr long each with like 30sec breaks here and there. I know for sure I couldn't do them now. Insanity cardio is only 30-40min long

If one of you want to start a weight loss/exercise thread, I'd be happy to request a sticky for it so it stays at the top of the page!

I started with p90x and now moving on to insanity. I like the cardio of insanity as opposed to more muscle building of p90x, which is what I'm looking for right now and doing some weights couple times a week.
