He caught a terrible cough from Raylee. I finally called Dr. yesterday and they said there was nothing they could do. Finally last night it was really scaring me so I called the office and talked to the on call nurse. Since he is not running a fever they are not concerened. They said to watch him. Well this morning he woke up and coughed for 30 minutes straight. He was having a terrible time eating because he kept choking. I am ready to call the dr and let them know I want him seen for piece of mind. I am normally not like that, but this is really scaring me.
oh i am doing the humidifier and steamy bathroom.
He is finally asleep on my chest
Oh wow!! gosh I can't believe they wouldn't see him wit it being that bad! I would either call and demand to be seen, like you said, or maybe go to urgent care where (hopefully) they would be more proactive. 30 mins of coughing sounds horrible. poor Reed and poor mom; I'm sure that's so tough to watch.
Aww no, I so hope he gets better soon. You can also get vicks (that have it for babies) and put it on his feet and then put socks over his feet at night or even during the day to help brake stuff up. Also there is a bath time vapor smelling wash you can put in their bath that really helps too. I hope it all gets better really fast.
