Yesterday, I learned that a client of mine, who came to me from the OpLove program, passed away suddenly on Valentine's Day. He was 26 and was supposed to deploy in April, but never got the chance. I'm so so glad that his fiancé and family will have beautiful pictures of him. So ladies, get in those pictures!! And once a year, think about hiring a pro (and for the love of all that is holy, hire a good one and one that pays taxes-but that's a rant for another day). I'm just in shock and saddened by this. He was so young and had so much life ahead of him
Katherine, that pic is beautiful. I'm honestly really sad we couldn't find the money to do newborn pics, professional ones. I wish we had just done it but Bryan always says I can take pics just fine. Totally not the same and I already hardly have any pics of me with her since I'm always the one taking pics.
That's devastating news that someone so young lost his life. Was it an accident? I'm glad his family will have pictures to cherish!!
**Thank you SO much Quantum_Leap for this perfect siggy!**
We've never had the money to do professional pics, but after losing my Dad when he was 52, and knowing how much my Mom regrets that we don't have more family pics, it has made me very vigilant about documenting our lives! It is my HUSBAND who I have a dickens of a time getting in the pics...we're usually snapping the pics while he is at work, and he hates having his picture taken. My fave mommy/baby pics:
