Abigail has had really bad diarrhea the last 2 days...like water with little stringy pieces (sorry...I just figure an accurate description might help). She doesn't have a fever, she's on the same formula as always, we haven't started solids, she acts fine...is this teething? Is there something else I'm not thinking of? Do we just have to let it run its course? Her poor bottom is so red

I dont know but Hunter has had it for a week now, but he didn't have a fever but just got off ear infection meds. I wasn't sure if his was from the meds or teething, b/c he's been off the meds for a week now and still has it. I do feel bad also b/c his bottom is red too poor guy.

I read it can be a sign of teething. Poor baby. it could also look more liquidy from her swallowing a lot of saliva. Is she drooling a lot?

Aaaw, poor baby. It could be teething some babies teeth with poop. Just keep her hydrated as much as you can. Hope it stops soon.
