Tonight honey mustard chicken and bacon paninis. Friday night I am doing a special short ribs in red wine sauce for a dinner with DH since we won't get to be around each other for a couple of months. We are having some neighbors over later in the week and I'm not sure what I'm doing for that. Definitely making a pie sometime this week too- I do a pear, apple and cranberry one that I'm totally craving :-)
