#s 2 and 3 here...

While I DO work out when I can, it's not often (though truthfully I miss working out more).

But the eating is AWESOME! I eat whatever I want. Seriously. If I want a whole sleeve of Thin Mints, then I eat a whole sleeve of Thin Mints. It will be sad days after Nora turns 1..

Maybe I will breastfeed till Sophie is 4! I've lost all my baby weight plus 13 pounds. CANNOT BELIEVE it! And I eat all the time, I wake up so hungry in the morning I eat two bowls of cereal, four pieces of toast, decaf coffee and tons of water. And that's just to get the day started. LOL!!! Plus booby time cures most all things worth screaming over.

I'm really loving BFing, so it probably wouldn't shock anyone if I change my mind and go a bit longer after she turns 1.

BUT, we will likely start trying for #2 not long after that, and I think I'd like to give my body a break for a bit.

I'm starting to be torn about my decision to stop nursing at one year. I enjoy the bonding and know it's good for him to still get the milk. I think it'll depend on whether my fertility has returned by then since we'll want to TTC #2 and if Sean self-weans.

You can bring your fertility back without stopping nursing.

I know some people get their fertility back while nursing but didn't think there was anything you could do about it. How can you make it come back?

I did it twice. 100 mg of B6 and vitex/chasteberry extract pills (I forget the dose). I didn't have AF after having both boys for over a year and wanted to TTC and I got AF within weeks of starting the pills and got pregnant one and two cycles later.
