We've decided to introduce some solid foods into Riah's usual feeding time. We think she's ready to start, since she seems to be having an easy transition into sitting up by herself. We've started off with cereal and bananas from Gerber. We've given her small amounts so far but she seems to like it. I'd rather stick with breastfeeding, but I thought it might help the transition in the future eventually.
Pedi says she's doing well as always. She seems to have hit a growth spurt and definitely her appetite is growing! Sleeping patterns haven't changed too much, but she is tending to snooze in a bit more For the most part, she's been sleeping a full night! She's also getting into her rocking motion when she rolls over Definitely not a "ma-ma" or "da-da" yet but she's quite the babbler. Both Caden and I have been initiating more conversations with her, it's neat.
I've been trying to get her Easter pictures in the works. I've managed to get her outfit and Easter basket, but haven't had time to schedule her photoshoot. I feel so behind on everything but I'm slowly catching up. If all else failed, I may have to do my own photoshoot (;
I thought I heard her having troubles with wheezing, but the doctor says everything is normal so I think for now she's doing a-okay all in all.
