I know this is a problem lots of you would like to have, but after having to switch bottles mid-pump since I often pump more than 5oz per side in a session (especially in the morning) I finally broke down and found some 8 oz bottles to pump into! Hopefully this will make pumping much easier!
I pumped with my first and I was pumping over 8 oz on each side within a few minutes, it was crazy! I remember using the 5oz bottles and I wouldn't be paying attention until I felt milk overflowing onto my lap, that's when I knew I needed to upgrade . I couldn't handle the pain though and be crying through out the whole thing, so I had to stop after six weeks.
Yes, I was so glad when I found the bigger bottles. I am trying to cut back a lot though now but having the bigger bottles is definitely worth it for my left boob where I can easily pump 8-10 oz. My right boob is usually 6oz.
Yetti, it was actually your DITL that made me look harder for them! I'd originally looked a few months ago and couldn't find any but then I saw your photo and decided I was going to go through everywhere to find it!
Jill, I have to have something good out of growing from a C to a G during pregnancy! I'm probably actually a bit bigger than that now but haven't gotten measured.
