Has anyone ever done the Couch to 5K program? I am starting it tonight. Just went and spent a fortune on running shoes. I've never owned expensive tennis shoes in my life! Hopefully that in itself will keep me motivated. Any advice for running in general? Thanks!
I have the app too and hope to start using it soon. I am so not a runner anymore, but I am excited that it might motivate me and actually be achievable lol! My only advice is to stretch well before you begin, don't skimp on the cool down part and if you end up getting sore try an epsom salts bath :-) Good luck!
i want to start this too. i bought new shoes last week. i started gillian michaels 30 day shred but its killing my knees. im not sure i should keep going. i have heard great thing about couch to 5k, including from the woman who sold me my shoes.
