I bought an avacado going to mash and freeze it to be his first food since he hits 6 months in less then a week do I add the breastmilk when I make it or when i thaw it to give to him also is there anything else special that needs to be added or that I need to know about freezeing homade baby foods?
I slice the avacado, dip it in water with a little lemon juice (to keep it from turning brown), and then freeze the slices in ice cube trays. When you want to use it, just defrost, mash, and add water/BM/applesauce/etc.!
