Not really sure what you mean by a pouchy ridge. My scar is healing well. There are parts of it where you can barely see it. Makes me wish that whatever the dr did, she'd have done that all the way across!
Mine is actually pretty light now, like a light brownish pink color. Its still sensitive if my pants are too tight but for the most part I feel normal. Not too much numbness left, mostly around the vicinity of the incision. I hated being completely numb! Ugh, such a weird feeling.
This wasn't my c/s birth, but just wanted to say that it CONTINUES to improve the longer you go! My scar is sooooo much less noticeable now than it was even a year ago. And I feel like getting pregnant again actually helped. I had some weird aches and pains after my c/s that I think were maybe from some adhesions, and all of that went away when I got pregnant with Jamison and everything got pulled and stretched again.
