Let's hear what's on the menu for today!

B: two slices of whole wheat toast with butter and honey, large clump of purple grapes, thinking about walking to Starbucks with the boys since we're out of coffee!

Starbucks: 1/2 decaf iced double tall carramel macchiato, half of an asiago and cheddar soft pretzel

L: Avocado with salsa and fresh grated parmesan, half a banana, water

S: bowl of triple chocolate peanut butter sundae ice cream (the low fat Dreyers)
S: Pirate booty

D: bbq chicken wings, red wine

...not the healthiest of days!!!

B- Frosted Shredded Wheat cereal with a glass of OJ. And a half cup of coFFee

L-PB&J on whole wheat bread with some tortilla chips. lol. Should of added fruit

D- Penne Pasta with Sauce, Caesar Salad, Pea's, Whole Wheat Toast

B-Greek yogurt, cereal with two handfuls of rolled oats added. Mothers Milk tea.

L-Butternut squash filled triangle raviolis and cantaloupe.

D-making black bean burritos tonight

today i ate like CRAP!

breakfast- coffee and chocolate chip muffin dh brought me from the grocery store
lunch- buffalo chicken salad
snack- peanuts and cheese
dinner- dh and the boys were out getting me a birthday gift so i just had bakery whole wheat bread, cheese, and apples. oh and ice cream.

B: 2 gluten-free cinnamon/sugar donuts

L: I just snack at school ... Gluten-free rice krispy/peanut butter bar, raw carrots, g-free snicker doodle cookie, string cheese

D: Rotissiere chicken, rice, corn
