Is anyone else having a hard time with stranger anxiety? Ruby has it bad! She won't let anyone besides me or DH hold her. We went to a wedding tonight and she wouldn't even let my mom hold her. She was smiling at people so they would try and hold her and she would just burst in to tears and then go back to smiling at them from my arms. I am SO exhausted from holding her all night. She was awake and in my arms from before 2 to 10!

I'm sorry Kristen. That sounds super frustrating. Emmy went through a month of stranger danger but she seems better now. I think it's difficult when you're a sahm!

Abigail gets a little freaked out around strangers. If she can see me she's okay, but if I am out of her sight and someone else besides me or DH even talks to her she freaks out.

On the bright side, Kristen, I bet your arms got a great workout

Wow, I thought everyone's babies might be this way. What a little turkey.

Emma smiles and enjoys everyone EXCEPT my son inlaw! LOL
Everytime he comes over she make a big frown face and won't stop starring at him. He is not the best with babies and maybe she picks up on his nervousness.
Its so funny tho.

She was really bad when she was 3-5 months, but she's been coming around. Now it depends on her mood.

He'll go to anybody but he is starting some separation anxiety so he has to have me nearby. Even DH'S doesn't cut it a lot of the time.

Luyando has gotten a lot better. She actually prefers to be the one that initiates. She does not like strangers grabbing at her. If you hang around long enough she'll reach out to you.
