Now that our babies are bigger... what are they bathing in these days? Are you still using the infant tub or have you moved on to something else? We have a whale infant tub but she won't lay in it anymore, she insists on sitting, but then she leans all the way forward and I have to strain to keep her from falling in. I think it's time to order a bath ring seat for the big bath.

DH has been bathing Madalyn in the regular tub because she won't lay in the baby tub. Sometimes he sits in with her, other times he is just hunched over the side.

We have the bath ring seat, but Abigail climbs out of it already! We do baths like an assembly line...I get in the tub and DH brings me kids. I bathe them, DH dries and dresses them, and then they all get milk, stories, and bed!

LOL, same routine here! I jump in the tub, bathe Jamison, hand him off to DH, and Josiah usually jumps in next. I long for the day when I can take a piping hot bath instead of luke warm!!

Lol ladies. I hope you can get your own private baths soon!
I bathe Emmy in a blow up style tub. I (and she!) love it! It's this one:

I just hunch over and bathe Luyando in the bath tub. DH gives dd1 a bath at the same time and they fight over who get what bath toy. They both get dressed for bed, have their milk, listen to me read the book dd1 chooses and are off to bed.

Sean uses an inflatable tub. I wish we could do the bath seat but our bathroom desperately needs remodeling so he'll be in the inflatable tub until the remodel happens.

When I'm at my parents' house, I let Sean lay down in the tub. He loves splashing like that!

We're still using the infant tub, but if I take a bath she'll join me. She loves her "tubby" but gets really p$st off afterwards. I can't figure out if its the transition of not wanting the tubby to end or what. I know she's not cold. Anyone else have this issue?

Those of you with inflatables, how do you store it? I have the duck one, but I haven't used it for bathes yet. Not sure where to let it dry and store it... I don't know why, it just kind of overwhelms me so we haven't tried it yet.

We hang it to try in the shower since it has the suction cup. I'd leave it there, but DH takes it down and puts it on the storage unit we have above the toilet once it's dry. We have the seal one that's just like the duck one. I just don't like blowing it up and deflating it every time.

Jonah has the inflatable duck and he loves it. After his bath I dry it out with a towel and just leave it in the tub.

We only have one tub, so the whole family showers and bathes in it. I may try it out tonight and pat it with a towel and put it in my half bath in my room still inflated. Hmm.

We use the kitchen sink. The baby bath we had was more of a pia so we just use the sink. He likes it just fine.

We use the inflatable duck too =) I just dump it out, dry it and leave it. We use the spare bathroom to bath him though.

I usually give Sophie her own bath by herself because she loves bath time! After she is clean I give her maybe 5-15 minutes to play and then pull her out and dry and dress her. Then I will get in the tub and bathe Melody and hand her off to DH for him to dry and dress her while I take my bath . Or I will sit Melody in a tub in the kitchen sink and give her her own bath, which she loves .

We have an infant-toddler tub and he sits up in it. He plays with his rubber Duckie or fill and spill cups while I bathe him, and kicks his feet. He likes to splash :-) we aren't quite ready to graduate to the regular tub yet, as even though he can sit up on his own he still falls over after a few seconds.

She showers with us. We have an infant to toddler bathtub but I'm looking forward to getting rid of it.

We just leave the inflatable tub in the spare/her bathroom. It would be tricky if we all shared a bathroom.... Kristen, would you have room to hang it behind the door maybe? You don't really want to deflate it every time; that would be a huge pita! Hope you figure out a way that works for you!
Betsy, I've never had that issue but I bet it's because she doesn't like being cold after a warm bath!

Well the duck seems to have a leak. My 3 year old really took to the duck and I am sure he is way past the weight limit.

Nina, we though the same thing so we tried dressing her in the bathroom with the ceiling heater on - it's like a sauna in there! She still gets upset. I think it's the transition.
