Jamison is the master pincher. He is KILLING ME! Every time he nurses, he tries to do teeny tiny HARD pinches on my chest. I have bruises. In the ergo, he goes for my underarm, and the armpits. Any tips other than constantly trying to thwart his advances? I'm dying here!!

I hear you. Luyando was like that. She has gotten better. I make sure her nail are cut short and also just remove her hand and giver her my fingers to hold. That seems to distract her enough. She still tries but I just keep distracting her. If you can, you could also wear long sleeves when feeding. I find that her pinches are not so painful when my arms are not bare. My first was not a pincher so I was totally caught offguard with Luyando's pinching.
Abigail is a pincher, too...she gets a little bit of skin on the backs of my arms when I'm holding her and it makes me yelp! She has a Taggie blanket that she loves, and when I give her that it seems to help give her something else to pinch.
(BTW, Taggies are on Zulily )
