I don't think a July chat thread was ever started. Better late than never... chat on!

My boys have summer camp this week. Tomorrow is the first day. I am so anxious to see how my 3 year old does away from me. Eeek!

Madalyn has started giving me crazy kisses!

She grabs my hair and basically chomps on my chin! Crazy girl!

So cute.

It's so hot here. We have a little plastic pool but I'm tempted to go buy a big pump up pool tgat I can fit in. I think mid 90s is too hot for ruby to be out at the beach or pond.

Ugh, it is hot here, too. While the babies took their morning nap, Claire and I played outside with her water table. She insisted on splashing me with cups of water and it felt wonderful

SUPER hot here too. Madalyn and I went out to water the garden and could only stand it for about 10 minutes!

It's super hot & rainy here, feels like a sauna. AF showed her head today, while I'm on South Beach diet = no carbs, no sugar. This is going to be torture...

Only complaint about weather here is it's raining every single day until sunday. Otherwise, it's in low 70s everyday. It's winter remember

Ashley, bummer about AF. Hope you can make it through without "breaking" your diet. Kristen hope the boys had fun. Julie, Luyando too loves kissing me. When she finishes and I say thank you, she has the sweetest grin of all, like she just won a lottery. I absolutely love her reaction.

Ok, we are going through teething cold here. Someone tell me she won't have a cold + cough + fever everytime a tooth is about to pop? It is really getting old for me. She is over the fever now but nose still dripping and coughing; she is in a great mood regardless though.

It is very hot and humid here in FL, it's disgusting. Can't even go outside for a minute without sweating! Ugh.

I am planning his birthday party :-) It's nothing huge, just family and a few friends (some of them have kids) at a pavilion in the park. It's right next to a playground and we will cook out hot dogs :-) I'm doing a Mickey Mouse theme.

A party in the park sounds perfect, Morgan!

I'm having an "I need chocolate" moment, and we have none! I don't often get the chocolate urge, but when I do I NEED it...I guess I should keep a stash somewhere

yetty ruby got a bit sick with all 4 front teeth and she just cut a first canine and is working on her second and it has been relatively easy. so different than my boys, they had a terrible time with the canines. what will happen is all up in the air.

morgan, already planning? fun!

lori, no af here either.

Madalyn actually fell asleep nursing tonight. She usually gets very drowsy and is ready for bed, but tonight she truly fell asleep. She hasn't done that in a long time. It was so sweet!

Aw, I hope you enjoyed the moment. Sometimes I get teary eyed when my babies fall asleep on me. Then holding them while they are asleep and still is so nice.

Kristen: that's interesting with Ruby. I would have thought the canine would give her a tougher time than the front ones. Hope we are that lucky and the rest come in easier than these first couple ones.

Julie, so sweet Luyando falls asleep nursing 50% of the time. The other times she sings her self to sleep while I hold her. At times I sing to stop he from singing because I believe her singing would keep her up more. Sometimes she let's me but some times she insists on singing herself to sleep and ignores my singing. I love watching her when she sleeps. She looks so peaceful but also looks like a little person and not a baby (if you get what I mean).

Wow...Coleson falls asleep nursing every night! And alot in the day too for his naps.

Melissa- I get the same chocolate urge. And we have none. But when we do, I dont really seem to get it. Funny how that works!

Kristen- You and I must be the only ones with no AF??? Lucky us!!

No AF here either. I have mixed feelings about it because DH want to have our kids close together.

Madalyn had a rough night last night. I think her mouth was hurting. She was up/fussy for about an hour and it wasn't a case of her being hungry because she wasn't too interested in nursing. I'm a bit tired today!

Glad you found your stash Melissa. M & M peanut used to be my go to snack in the first couple of days of having baby. Whenever I work up to pump during the night I felt like I had low blood sugar until I ate them. Thankful those days are over (both for midnight pumping and eating M&M ).
