well we've been back from holidays for 1.5 week and mathieu is still in the midst of sleep regression... he was never a good "stay asleeper" but he was easy to put to bed - not anymore... so basically 9 months of good habits were ruined in about the last 3 days of our trip. it is slowly improving, but he is also waking up a crazy amount. last night i think it was about 10 times in 11 hours.... it makes me think of abigail and george's mom when they got back (sorry i still don't know mommy names...) and if i recall it did get better in a couple weeks. i am so disappointed because i made a habit of never nursing to sleep and he was such an independent sleeper and then halfway through our week long trip i found myself nursing to sleep and am still doing so for naps. i just keep thinking it will get better, it has to get better, right?
argh. just had to vent...
Emma was ALWAYS a good sleeper. But getting her to sleep or putting her to bed is a issue now. She acts like we have a HUGE party and she is missing it if she goes to sleep, as my children say. LOL
She just wants to stay up even if she can barely keep her eyes open. She gets so mad and screams at us.
