We're doing "Hot Plates" 3 nights this week (I cooked some chicken, turkey, and beef this weekend, and it will be combined with veggies in a stir-fry kinda thing on the night we eat it).

Today was homemade baked beans and grilled hot dogs.
For the rest of the week...dairy free shepards pie, spinach, tomato, and mozzarella quesadillas on wheat tortillas, ham and havarti grilled cheese in flax and chia seed bread, have not planned Friday yet....maybe a crockpot meal
