The six Jews that died at the Chabad center in Mumbai were laid to rest in Israel today. Take a moment to remember them and pray for their families, especially little Moshe Holtzberg, 2 who is now orphaned. My heartbroke last night from seeing a picture of this little boy crying for his mommy at his parent's memorial service. I have a 2 year old myself and it really hit me hard.

These are the names of the victims:

Rabbi Gavriel Noach Holtzberg (29)
Rivkah Holtzberg (28)
Leibish Teitelbaum (38)
Yocheved Orpaz (60)
Bentzion Chroman (28)
Norma Schvarzblat (50)

On a personal note, Norma Schvarzbalt was my DHs cousin. I never met her personally, but I've met her mother, who's first cousin to DHs grandmother. You never think that these tragedies can hit so close to home, but sadly sometimes they do. May all of them rest in peace.

So sorry for your families' loss. It feels like we are all affected by this horrific tragedy even if we weren't related by blood.
