My son is studying ancient hebrews. He's homeschooled, one of his projects is to build a sukkot. I have found a few sites that explain it and offer some good stories. ON the last day of sukkot we are planning on making a traditional jewish meal.
Tasty Challah
Salmon Steaks
Chili Horseradish
Green Bean Alamandine
Waldorf Salad
Apple Pear Compote
Does anyone have any other idea's we can use?

That sounds great! I cant think of anything else to add, seems like enough food. We usually hang fresh fruit in our Sukka and decorate it

Oh, don't ever say "enough food" in a Jewish board! There's no such thing

The only thing I can think of adding is matzoh ball soup. That's as Jewish as it gets
