Yes. Even if I lived in a remote area I would be but I live in the New York which has so many easy optoins to keep kosher

I can understand that. I said I would keep kosher even if I'm in a remote area, but I don't think I would ever move to one because I really don't know how I would be able to do it.

We do keep kosher at home. It's a fairly recent development, we did it over a year ago. We do have several kosher stores and a few restaurants, but keeping kosher is much more expensive.

we dont keep strict kosher in the home but I only buy kosher meats and no ham or shellfish at all (I dont eat meat only my husband does so it is not much of an issue). I wont mix milk with meat though, but if he orders a cheeseburger when we are out I could care less!
