I am showing pretty considerably. Enough that my DH said to me "when would be be ale to tell if there are two in there?".( to mess with him, I told him the us only showed one but the other *could* have been hiding. ) but I've already have three people ask me if we knew what were having. . Lord, I'm not even out of the first trimester, I don't know what we're having yet! I just feel giant! I know that I'm pregnant and I'm suppose to get round but at this rate I'll be a boat long before I should be. . This is probably hormones talking but dang...
What are the chances of multiples if my first us only showed one baby? Is that even possible???
It's doubtful you are having twins. Just showing faster since you are having #4. I'm also having #4, and I am showing faster this time as well. I am sorta depressed myself I feel like a cow. Nothing fits me good anymore but, I'm not wanting to get in maternity clothes at 11 weeks.

yeah it's pretty unlikely.. my second i got really big, quick.. this is me when i was 14 weeks with Van (my 2nd).. i was already heavier to begin with.. so i felt embarrassed that my stomach was already perfectly round and stretched lol... and sorry, i have quite large bubbies LOL always holding them up to get a better shot hahahaha!
You show earlier each time, and it could still be a lot of bloat this early...I found out we were having twins at 7 weeks and if you had an early u/s they would hauve Been able to tell. It's not until later u/s where one can hide behind another once they are bigger, and nowadays that is really rare with the technology we have. Just relax and enjoy it! Who cares if you have to wear maternity clothes earlier? I think they are more comfy anyway
I'm feeling the same way too, but SO determined to not let it bother me! It is hard when I had just lost about 20lbs and I've already gained back half in only 10 weeks even with m/s... I'm sure it's still mostly bloat, but it is really starting to show anyway.
Hang in there!

I am showing early too. I had a patient say she was shocked I was due in Nov as I looked further along that that. Guess we are just entering the open to tacky comments phase.
I'm looking big today too (my 3rd). No one has said anything, but I'm glad that I'm only 2 weeks from the 2nd trimester. Lots of people know, and I know some people at my choir are starting to look at me "funny"
Anyway, try not to worry about it. It's hard, but growing bodies are good for our babes!
I am feeling the same here. I'll be 13 weeks this week and this is my third (2 previous losses 17 weeks and 20 weeks) so my tummy has stretched b/c of that. I can't pull my stomach in and it I do, it hurts. I have only 1 pair of work pants left and I have been washing them 3 times a week so far. I bought new pants, but all of them are to long for me, being short isn't fun, and I haven't had time to get them taylored. urgh. 6 more months.
I'm 11 weeks and I'm about to have to start telling people because its starting to become obvious. I feel like people are looking at my belly sometimes. I had a patient ask me tonight if I was pregnant. I guess I'll tell after my appt Friday, I'll be 12 weeks then. I had lost a good deal of weight so I have been fitting into my bigger regular clothes. But with some of my other pregnancies I've had to wear maternity clothes not long after my BFP and I was looking pregnant early. I would make comments and dh would say "you are pregnant, you're supposed to look it" I could never get him to understand that it was depressing to "look pregnant" so early when baby is still so tiny. I totally love it when it's time to look it, lol!

I know how that is. I've actually lost 8 pounds since I got pregnant but I definitely have a bump. My brother's fiancee asked me yesterday if I was sure that there was only one baby in there. Since I've lost weight, I'm sure everything I have belly-wise is baby. But comments like that can be annoying. As far as u/s, if there were two, the u/s that are available these days are sophisticated enough to catch that.
