Deployments suck. In all honesty though its not the sex I miss while DH is gone its the companionship in the evenings I miss the most. I can go with out the sex no problem.
I am never in the mood unless he is here. He gets me in the mood. So I don't have the problem of being in the mood when he is at work. My problem usually is that I get in the mood shortly before bed so I make us go to bed early then once my head hits the pillow sleep all of a sudden sounds so much better. Poor DH!!

Yea, I couldnt do it all around. I am very needy and when I am having a bad day it helps just to talk to DH. Military Wifes are so strong. I look up to them just as much as I do our soldiers. I couln't do it. First thing when me and DH got together i asked him if he had any intrest in joining and he said not really why? I told him I couldnt do it and thankfully hes about as needy as i am.

LOL I'm sorry. I have to laugh because I feel the same way at times. You fantasize about attacking them when they walk thru the door and then when they finally do you're not even in the mood anymore.
I'm not sure it'll ever subside as we become larger and feel more uncomfortable but I will say, you're not alone  .

Lol I couldn't agree more with you!!! When he's away I want it now and then but when he's here it's like ehhh not so much...lol but I would give anything now to DTD!!! Because of how nauseous I was in the beginning I didn't want any and since I've been spotting we were told by the dr no DTD...can't wait for the go ahead from the dr!!!

but im the same way, i only seem to want it when DH is not around... the other night he came home wanting to.. and i told him no, that was the first time ive ever actually turned him away.. but i had a terrible itchy throat and a cough.. i just wanted to sleep lol

With DS my libido went sky high the ENTIRE pregnancy! Poor DH thought every pregnancy would be that way..... poor guy

I always want it as soon as he leaves. I also want it at night around midnight when he's falling asleep. So I wake him. Lol. It's gotten bad and I'm wanting it twice a day. Oh my

To me DTD is always better during pregnancy. I want it all the time. Sadly DH and I are only home at the same time 2 days a week. The other days I'm already asleep when he gets home.

I have definitely felt that way before! Probably because I get more tired in the evening while I am pregnant, so by the time we have a minute to ourselves I am no longer interested.
