I thought maybe we would have a sticky thread.. stickied somewhere.. where thought most fitted..

Baby Must Haves... we have a lot of first time moms here as well as mothers who havent had a baby in some years, so maybe a few of us BTDT moms can add here baby gear and such that they thought were must haves and also leaving a link for easier, quick access..

if that is okay with he hosts?? with my other DDCs we had this, and it made it easier for making a checklist... im probably the biggest dou che of mothers.. because I always seem to get rid of EVERYTHING that I had for my child.. thinking I wont have another one... and well.. yeah apparently that has failed quite a few times lol.. but even though im a BTDT mom, i still sometimes forget what i had prior that I'd love again.. so thought maybe this would be okay?

Just post what you HAD to have during parenting, baby related, mommy related.. and even if someone posted something you had as well but in a different form, brand, shape.. ect post it anyways! (example like a carseat.. you can repost a carseat that you had that may of been different!)

Kiddopotamus SwaddleMe (this one made for easier access to change diapers, instead of the regular swaddle me, you had to completely undo the baby!)


I didnt have this exact one, but carseat toys like these are a huge must for us!

LOVE these blankets, they are nice and soft and i have one of those kids who HAVE to have blankets over their faces to sleep.. hes been like that since a newborn (blame DH, bes the same way!) and this blanket is really breathable!


I always thought these were great.. stick some fruit in there and the baby smashes it with their mouth and it sort of purees the fruit for them.. we always liked them!


we don't do bottles in the washer.. so we always need this!


my kids have all been winter babies.. so def need this! there are cheaper version of carseat covers that are the shower cap type.. they are like $10-12 at walmart when the summer is over!


these are OUR favorite bottles.. but I got an avent bottle in a maternity gift bag, its actually a pretty nice bottle.. I have some coupon's for $10 off if anyone wants, first to PM me about them can have them!


paci clips are a MUST here.. both my boys loved the paci.. and they ALWAYS get lost without the clip! though we norm just get them over at target.. i will only use the one with the metal clamp.. not the plastic!

We're at a max for stickies, but we'll probably lose at least 1 in the next month, so maybe we can sticky it then. Good idea!

I've never before seen that carseat. I've always used graco or evenflo for infant seats. I think I'm going to buy a new one for this baby even though we don't need one. I really want the kind that goes up to 30 lbs.

thats the carseat we have.. i was going to get a new one, but i duno why since that one is only a year and a half old lol

this one goes to 35lbs and 32 inches.. my toddler actually just came out of it 2 months old LOL.. he technically still fits within the requirements at 18 months.. hes only 25lbs, and 29inches.. so its fed a good seat if having to buy a convertible and being a little tight on money, this seat def lasts for awhile!

Newborn Rock n Play Sleeper - Fisher Price Babygear


Best purchase BY FAR! And it's not even that pricey!
It's part bassinet, part sleeper, part chair, part rocker.... LOVED it! DS slept in it for 3 months when he was a newborn right at our bedside! It is great for babies who are uncomfortable sleeping flat on their backs or those that have reflux because it is more like a bucket seat recliner! I recommend this to EVERY new mom out there!

i was going to get one of those for Van, but never did!... both my kids have spitting up issues until we switched to goat milk... we always kept them in the bouncer so that they were sitting up and not lying flat.. lying flat scares me!

Love the swaddleme, it's a must for us too! Also, the graco my little lamb swing is a must for us too. I can post the picture from my iPad though.
