in the midst of moving to Texas from California I've lost every single form of I.D I had.... My drivers license, My military ID, My passport, My social security card. All I have left is my birth certificate. It's going to be a long process replacing all of that. The thing is I didn't keep them all in the same place! The passport I packed away somewhere "safe" and... it hasn't turned up. My license and MILI ID usually stay in our car because I don't carry around a purse, and my social security card was in a binder with all kinds of other important papers.

I have this appointment in the morning and I have no ID. When DH was still in the Marines my ID WAS my insurance card, so idk if they ask for ID's at the Dr? I have Medicaid... I haven't been to a civilian Dr. in a long time

Oh man, last year I accidently threw away all my kids birth certificates :/ It cost $175 to replace them, $25 each. Hope yours turns up soon!

Such a pain! I'm going to tear our car apart today in hopes that SOMETHING turns up. Should I call the Dr's office and ask if they require an ID with the insurance card?

Oh man, that really stinks!!! I hope everything turns up somehow, but in the meantime, I probably would call the doctor's office, just to make sure you have what you need for the visit. FX!

I hope you find them! I've never had to present an ID except when I changed my name after getting married.
