Now that we're getting further along and people are starting to find out genders, I thought more people will start buying stuff and it might be good to have weekly threads about deals we find on baby stuff! (Kind of like how every Sunday the newspapers have coupon books.)

What have you found on sale this week?

Carter's is having a big sale where tons of stuff is 50%-70% off. You can also use a promo code DEALNOW and get an extra 25% off if you spend at least $40. It's mostly summer stuff, so if you're in a climate where you have winters, you may want to buy planning on your baby being in the 6-9 months range. Most of the clothes you'll get if you're having a shower will be newborn and 0-3 months clothes, so you'll need clothes in these sizes even if you're having a shower.

I'm hoping this deal is still running on Saturday when I find out the gender of this little one!!

Babies r us is having buy one get one 1/2 off for the playtex bottles.
I'd love to stock up, they worked great with Izzy.

But I know with my luck the new baby won't be a fan and I'll have to switch. Maybe I'll wait :-)

I haven't found anything I want on sale, but speaking of Carter's, if you shop in store they give you a stamp for every 20 you spend, when you get either four or five stamps you get $10 off a $10 or more purchase. Its not much, but it's better than nothing!
