Couple things.

1) I'm sorry I've been MIA. DH and I went on a mini vacation then I had to work this weekend and tomorrow I'll be visiting my friend's new baby!
2) I found a place to do an elective U/S!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can hardly contain myself My SIL said she had heard about this place only a little over 40 min from me that does elective ultrasounds. I had to check the website out.

Turns out they can do 3D/4D packages for less than $200. DH and I decided that since we just want to know the gender and we're only 20 weeks along...we'll go with the 2D package for now. Bonus: discount $ if we want a 3D/4D later! SAweettt.

Plus, I've made the trip up that way to go shopping many times. Its not a bad drive. You also get a cd/dvd to take home also. So the good news is...if DH can't go with me, I'll bring home a disc!

T-minus 45 minutes until I call! I hate to get my hopes up but the fact that it seems so close within my grasp now I can't help but be ecstatic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll let you all know asap when its scheduled. FX its before July 14th. FX they might be able to do it today or tomorrow or something....

Yep! Just got off the phone with the receptionist and she scheduled me for 3:30 today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Woohoo. I was NOT expecting that. She said someone else called in and they could squeeze me in . I can also bring as many people as I want and will have a DVD to take home.

I am so elated. Bad news, DH isn't able to get off work earlier. So looks like I'll be taking my dear friend Brittnea who just had a baby to the u/s.

DH can watch the video when I get home

I just want to do cartwheels all around the room.
