Davidson Anthony is here!!! 8/4/10

Hello to all,
I havent been on here for about 5 weeks now. I havent had access to a pc but I am using a friends now.
Davidson Anthony-Allen was born at 3:01 am on 8/4/10 at 9.5lbs 22.5inches long. He was a big Ol' baby and gave me a hard time coming out.
It began at that mornings appointment. I was dilated to 4cm and had a bulging bag. I had been having contractions for weeks prior and wasnt dilating much and finally a week before my due date I was sent in to be augmented due to no progression. I am soo glad I had him when I did. Checked in a 6pm. Admitted. Got an epidural, they broke my water and we were all set. About 11pm everyone came running in (nurses and midwife) because his heart rate dropped to dangerous levels and they thought they were going to have to do a csection. I also was fading in and out from passing out from the pain. It was very scary but we made it through vaginally after being ripped hole to hole. His head finally came out but his shoulders were stuck and I just remember saying PUSH AMBER PUSH! so I did. He came into this world loved more than the world and has been great ever since.
