Hello Ladies!
I just wanted to share my birth story and introduce you to my daughter Tuesday my hubby and I went to the doctor's office for a routine visit. I waited on the table, dressed from the waist below in a paper tablecloth for an hour before my doctor finally made it in to see me! While we were waiting, I started having BH every couple minutes or so and they were lasting a good 30 seconds. When the doctor saw this, she had me go to L&D to be monitored. The contractions didn't let up and were coming every 2 minutes or so, so they decided they were just going to deliver me! Less than an hr later, we were in the OR listening to our baby's first cry!
The doctor said she was glad she decided to go in then, instead of waiting, because my uterus was "thinned out" and while she was sewing me up, she found a small tear (a rupture) in it

On a side note: They gave me one of those tummy binder pressure wraps to wear around my stomach and it is awesome! I wish I had one with my previous c-sections!

We finally decided on the name . Born 6:37pm on 6-22-2010, 7lb, 19.5inches
